Captain Fin Contest Terms & Conditions
By participating in this contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
The contest is organized by Captain Fin, available at https://eu.captainfin.com. Participation is free and subject to these terms.
This contest is open to all individuals aged 18 or older. Employees of Captain Fin and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
The contest will run from October 4, 2024 to November 15, 2024. Entries submitted after this period will not be considered.
To participate, entrants must submit their email address on the contest entry page. By entering, participants agree to subscribe to Captain Fin's marketing emails. You may unsubscribe at any time after the contest, but unsubscribing before the contest ends may result in disqualification.
A total of 10 winners will be selected. Each winner will receive:
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Captain Fin reserves the right to replace the prizes with similar items of equal value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the contest period. The draw will take place on or around November 20, 2024. Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days after the draw. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, Captain Fin reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
By entering this contest, participants agree that their personal data (email address) will be collected and processed by Captain Fin for the purpose of administering the contest and for marketing communications. Captain Fin reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these terms or attempting to manipulate the contest, including but not limited to using automated systems or multiple email addresses.
Captain Fin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest in the event of technical issues or other circumstances beyond its control. By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Captain Fin from any liability arising from your participation or acceptance of any prize.
