Returns Policy

Returns 

  • Items purchased can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery date. 
  • The customer is solely responsible for the return expenses of the courier of their choice back into the warehouse of origin, which is located in France. We recommend using a traceable tracking. In case the return were lost, the customer must contact the carrier himself. Captain Fin Co. will not take part in disputes between the customer and the carrier used for the return. 
  • The customer must contact Captain Fin Co. to get the return authorisation or RMA number in order to proceed with the return.

  • Original shipping charges will only be refunded in the event that the whole order is returned.  No express shipping fees will be refunded after a return. 
  • Items must be in 100% resalable condition and must be returned in the original intact packaging and keep the original tags. 
  • No exchanges are possible 
  • For the UK returns, customs charges will apply and a commercial invoice must be attached to the parcel. Please request the commercial invoice to our customer service. 

 

Refunds 

Once your return is received, inspected, and validated, we will send you an email to notify you of the execution of your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days or less. 
 
Late or missing refunds 
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please click here to contact us.
