Shipping Methods & Order Processing Timelines 

Order Processing: 

Orders placed before 7 am (UTC +1) will be treated and shipped the same day. After the deadline, orders will be treated and shipped the next business day. 

All orders are shipped from our distribution center in France on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends & all French bank holidays).  

Please note that your local country’s bank holidays may impact the delivery times. Also, carriers can only deliver during weekdays for both standard and express delivery options. 

Tracking your order   

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming the shipment of your package with a tracking link to track delivery.  

Once your order will be shipped you receive a notification of the carrier in charge of the shipment.

Delivery Time: Time begins calculating once the order has shipped from the warehouse. 

FAQ 

Confirmation Email - Once an order has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided with your order. 

Cancelling Order - To cancel an order, please immediately reply to the confirmation email or phone us at +33 09 78 46 44 67. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be possible. 

Modifying Order - Once an order has been submitted, its content cannot be modified. Please be sure to input the correct address, email, payment method, and item selections. Under no circumstances we can change the colours, styles, or sizes of your selections once the order has been confirmed. 

Order Tracking - After your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided. 

Out of Stock Items - If an order cannot be fulfilled, the order will be cancelled within 1-4 business days and the payment authorization will be terminated. The customer will be notified of the cancellation at this time. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to return to your account depending on your bank’s policies. 

If one or more items in an order are found to be out of stock, Captain Fin Co. will proceed with shipping the remaining items and adjust the order subtotal to reflect these changes. The customer will be notified within the shipment email sent out after the order has left our facility. Substitutions for out-of-stock items is not possible.
